Approved brokers and agents join the network, get access to our developer inventory, training and sales files, and register their leads with us. We handle developer coordination, paperwork and – when you want – the client meetings. Commission is shared by tier.
You introduce the client; ALPHA runs meetings, negotiation and closing.
You run the client meetings and follow-up with ALPHA sales support.
You fully manage the client; ALPHA provides back office and developer coordination.

- The official brochures, floor plans and payment plans – always the latest edition.
- ALPHA Academy training (a paid course for now, while we finalise the programme): how to pitch each developer, payment-plan and resale maths, the North Coast by kilometre, and Dubai’s Golden Visa rules and DLD process.
- Lead protection: your registered client stays yours.
- Cross-border deals: Egyptians buying in Dubai, Gulf investors buying on Egypt’s North Coast and New Capital.
Joining
Joining the network is free. The ALPHA Academy – our broker training programme – is a paid course for now while we finalise it; we will share the fees and dates when you join. Apply with the form and we will call you for a short onboarding.
